Suehiro 4 Fruit Ponzu Sauce

This is an absolute gourmet ponzu in the best Kansai tradition from one of our favourite brewers Suehiro from Tatsuno-shi. The fragrance of yuzu, the acidity of sudachi, the sweetness of daidai and the round taste of yukou fruit harmonise perfectly together in this amazing sauce! The shoyu base in this ponzu of course is of
of the very best quality and besides, Suehiro uses only real Japanese Konbu to craft this product (there is no extract used). Although this Ponzu is made without Katsuobushi, you won't miss it - thanks to the refined combination of its premium ingredients.
