Organic Shiso Ume Furikake 50g
Fukami is a 4th generation family business and grows their own Ume (Japanese plum) which then is processed further into Umeboshi (pickled plum). Their company is located in Wakayama province, which is famous for their Nanko Ume fruits.
The Ume for this furikake seasoning are grown without pesticides or artificial fertilisers, and as well the red shiso with its beautiful colour. This Ume shiso furikake has especially much umami in the finish and an intense smell of the ume fruit.
A 100% natural furikake made from dried umeboshi and red shiso. Shiso Furikake is often without umeboshi, but this fine product combines the bestof the two basic ingredients that have been aged for 3 years. Of course on freshly cooked rice or for onigiri. But also for dressings or Japanese pickles.
