SHIMOMURA Mandoline Vegetable Slicer

The Japanese mandolines are popular all over the world. This one from Shimomura company is suitable for fine cutting. The thickness of the slices can be simply adjusted according to requirements. Three types of blade are included for different cutting: thin strips, diagonal strips and small pieces. Included is a safety handle which conveniently holds slippery vegetables and small vegetables.

But be careful: The edges of the blades are as sharp as professional Japanese knives. That being sad, the flat edge blade can be sharpened as often as required. The toothcomb blades are double-edged and suitable for cutting into long and fine pieces or chopping vegetables.
