Najimi Light Tamari Sauce 200ml
This Najimi Tamari is brewed from regional soybeans from Aichi Prefecture in wooden barrels that are almost 150 years old. We have chosen this light tamari in order to be able to offer people with gluten intolerance a high-quality soy sauce that is elegant and not black-dark and heavy. Unlike most tamaris available in Germany, this tamari is very light and has a pleasant slightly sweet finish that comes from the high quality soy beans. The umami is 150% higher than that of other soy sauces.
Aichi Prefecture is famous for its tamari style, which is a special type of brew. Minamigura company, founded in 1882, attaches great importance to the quality of the basic products. Aoki-san is already the 5th generation to brew in the traditional way and attaches great importance to the brewing process being as little influenced by human hands as possible and proceeding naturally. This sounds very simple, but in reality it is very difficult to implement.
