La-Yu Chili Oil 55g

This Ra-yu chili oil is made with soy oil and chili powder and it contains the umami of sesame and the chili’s spiciness - a perfect combination to drizzle it on almost everything. 

Rayu, also known as layu or just chili oil comes originally from China and can be made with a variety of different oils and chili, but all for the same reason: to give your food an extra spicy kick. This bottle of YOUKI Ra-Yu chili oil can be used to give a spicy flavour to any dish. Pour a little on to soups, noodles, pizza, meat or vegetables. Mix it with some soy sauce and rice vinegar to make a dip for gyoza.
