This bottle of Ile Four MOMO Sake is a beautiful symbiosis of sake and aromatic momo  fruit (42%), a kind of Japanese peach. With around 12,5 % alcohol volume only, it can be an ideal aperitif, but also it is very suitable as a dessert wine or Spritz cocktail.
