This dried natto is ideal for every 'natto freak', who simply can't do without, but not always has enough stock. The interesting thing: the good bacterias that are important are still active, even after freeze drying!
Adding some liquid (water, shoyu, tare, etc.) transforms the natto back to their original state and pulls the `famous` strings, but has less smell! This Natto is made from 100% Japanese soybeans, so not genetically modified and without additives -a purely natural product.
