This flavourful beetroot miso is a creative interpretation of the Japanese spice paste.The taste is a unique combination of the miso-typical sweet and salty umami aroma with the fruity and earthy notes of beetroot.
The miso matures for six months in a barrique red wine barrel and is particularly suitable for marinating and pickling vegetables, tofu or fish, as well as for salad dressings, as a spread or for coloring and decorating dishes.
