The sake pomace is aged for 3 years before it is processed into vinegar. This vinegar, matured in wooden barrels, is refined again with fine vinegars. A delicate acidity and a great umami makes this top product ideal not only for Japanese dishes, but also for western dressings. Especially recommended for people who cannot tolerate too much acid. Very deep taste!
