Kombu Shoyu 200ml
This extra-long wood barrel-aged Kombu Shoyu from traditional Fujishokukin company is brewed from regional soybeans straight from from the Oita province, where the brewery is also located. Refined with Rausu-Konbu (the type of Kombu with the most Umami), this speciality shoyu has even more umami and is thus elegantly balanced in taste - it's a very rare speciality directly from the Kombu specialist.
This product is aged for at least 3 years in a wooden barrel, which only a few 1% of all shoyu producers in Japan still do. It turns out into a very delicate, deep aroma. Try it and you will be surprised what flavours a soy sauce can have.
It's just ideal for vegan diets due to the extra umami to refine many plant-based dishes, for cooking and even raw consumption.
