Kombu Powder 30g
This 100% Kombu powder from traditional Fujishokukin company, a specialized retailer for Kombu products. This powder is very fine, this makes it easy to insert and detach up very quickly. It can be used for a quick konbu dashi or for a umami topping on your noodles & rice. Of course, this product is without additives, but also no salt or sugar as with many conventional products - it is 100% natural and can be used by vegans!
Since the powder is very intense, you should use it sparingly at first! Homemade furikake taste stronger and fuller if you add some umami booster like this konbu powder. You can also simply mix it with salt for a homemade umami topping.
