Yuzu Rocks Liqueur 500ml

The Yuzu Rocks from SAKURAO is a particularly fresh citrus liqueur. Yuzu is a type of Japanese citrus fruit. The flesh is sour-aromatic, slightly bitter and juicy. Another difference between yuzu and lemon is the aroma. The aroma of the yuzu is much more complex and intense, but not as sour as that of a lemon. The liqueur is made from 100% Japanese yuzu, from which both yuzu juice and yuzu aroma oil are extracted.

A unique and patented double fragrance method is used in the production of Yuzu Rocks. The natural yuzu aroma oil is extracted from yuzu peels using steam distillation. The content of pure yuzu juice is over 15%, which is equivalent to about five yuzu fruits. At the same time, no acidifiers or flavourings are added. The most distinctive feature of Yuzu Rocks is its special bitter-sour taste and extremely refreshing aroma. At 16% vol., this liqueur is pleasantly mild and light.

SAKURAO Brewery and Distillery's mild liqueur is completely preservative-free, with no acidifiers or artificial flavors. Before use, you should shake your Yuzu Rocks well to enjoy it afterwards pure on ice or as a mixed drink.
