Kaga Sparkling Umeshu 500ml

To create Kaga Sparkling Umeshu, the well-known Kaga Umeshu made by Manzairaku Sake Kura in Ishikawa Prefecture has been lightly carbonated. The result is a smooth, sparkling and delicious drink with 7% alcohol, ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif or during meals.

It is produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, where this brand is known as one of the most traditional liqueurs in Japan. Those ripe fruits of Benisashi Ume have a milder aroma and an more intense umami taste. The Kaga Umeshu is traditionally crafted with an oldfashioned technique. It matures over two years and brings out a unique and refreshing taste. 

Kaga Umeshu has already won several award medals and is served on all first class flights of ANA (All Nippon Airways). It has also been served as a digestif at the Nobel Prize reception, so it receives high public interest.
