Hime Yuzu Umeshu 700ml

This bottle of Hime Yuzu Umeshu is a beautiful symbiosis of the popular umeshu and fresh yuzu fruit. With only 15 % alcohol volume, it can be an ideal aperitif, but also it is very suitable as a dessert wine. The Umeshu is prepared exclusively with the famous white Kaga-Ume from Gunma Prefecture. 

Hime Yuzu Umeshu is produced by the Hitachi Sake Brewery in Hitachi City in Ibaraki Prefecture and they only use natural ingredients. The base for this Hime Yuzu Umeshu is a clear rice shochu, and the carefully selected yuzu fruits are rich in vitamin C and provide a pleasantly fresh taste. The bottle is very elegantly designed and is ideal as a gift. After opening, the contents should be stored in the refrigerator.
