Yamasa Kombu Tsuyu is a rich concentrated sauce or stock made from extracted kombu kelp, shiitake and soy sauce. This tsuyu can be diluted with water to create a tempura dipping sauce or noodle soup. Kombu Tsuyu provides a traditional Japanese umami taste to all types of dishes and is super convenient to use.
