This elegant Morinoki bread knife is produced by master Shizu Hamono at Seisakusho which is located in Seki City, Gifu prefecture in Japan. The blade features two types of serration that are ideal for bread, soft fruits like tomatoes and also cooked meats.
The cutting powerness of this serrated blade is remarkable, you can cut fine slices neatly and without producing too many crumbs. The handle is made from pure Japanese Keyaki Zelkova Wood.
