Instant Japanese broth made from white shrimp flakes. Dashi is commonly used as a base for miso soups and noodle soups. Comes in a pack of 8, with each packet weighing 4g.
Instructions: One packet of dashi is enough to make around 300ml of basic broth for noodle soups or approximately 500-600ml (3-4 cups) of miso soup.
