Dried Shoyu Sansho Pepper Furikake 20g
This furikake is made of shoyu pomace mixed with Japanese sansho pepper. Star chef Alain Ducasse brought this very special furikake to Europe for his London Michelin-starred restaurant "The Dorchester". It's pure Umami note combined with the fragrant smell of the mountain pepper is a luxury upgrade for every dish - you can use it for rice, sashimi, carpaccio, grilled meat and chicken, BBQ, tenpura, french fries but also try it on vanilla ice cream or spaghetti carbonara.
This premium product is made with regional soybeans from Gifu, Japan. The used brewing water comes from the part of the Nagara River where it runs underground so it has another mineral content. The wooden barrels used for the fermentation of the shoyu and the produced pomace are over 100 years old and give a unique taste to this product.
